Japanese-Speaking Admin Executive

Looking for a Japanese‑Speaking Admin Executive to support the successful launch and smooth operation of the new office by providing comprehensive administrative assistance, facilitating effective communication among all employees. This role is essential in establishing an efficient, well‑organized, and comfortable working environment, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to management and staff: schedule meetings, arrange travel, and prepare expense reports.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, reports, and files; ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and data security.
  • Support HR functions such as attendance management and document processing; assist with invoice processing, petty cash management, and budget tracking.
  • Handle order placement, processing, and tracking; coordinate logistics operations, including shipment receiving and inventory management.
  • Assist with company setup tasks, including document preparation and administrative paperwork for office setup.
  • Support administrative procedures and government‑related filings, including liaison with Singapore government agencies for necessary registrations, licenses, visa application support, and statutory reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Business‑level English is required.
  • Business‑level Japanese; JLPT N1 certificate is preferred.
  • 5+ years’ work experience in general affairs or office administration.

Software Engineer (Relocate to Japan)

Our client, a well‑known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Software Engineer (Relocate to Japan).

Responsibilities
  • Development of in‑house software used for our table game solution with programming languages (Java, Python, C, and C++).
  • Write database scripts with MS SQL.
  • Improve current system by reflecting client feedback.
  • Customize current system to suit client environment.
  • Conduct testing of software in testing environment.
  • Installation and deployment of table game solution to the client.
  • Analyze and resolve errors encountered.
  • Migrate old system to new system.
  • Integrate our in‑house system with client system.
  • Other duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be open to relocate to Japan.
  • Experience in developing software such as customer portal screens for KIOSKs, ATMs, ticketing machines, hotel reservation systems, etc.
  • Specifically, those with the following development experience (any one of these listed below is ok, experience with more than one is preferred):
    • Client software (development of GUI, development of the server API call portion).
    • Software related to server (web screens, development of the server API itself).
    • Software to access database (writing statements of SQL).
