  • Prevent disputes by ensuring accuracy of contracts and agreements.
  • Assist various business units in data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day queries from external stakeholders
  • Verifying contracts and acquire necessary documents for driver onboarding
  • Monitor and upkeep customer data in a timely and organised manner
  • Prevent disputes by ensuring accuracy of contracts and agreements
  • Assist various business unit in data entry and reporting
Requirements
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with company expansion
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines
  • At least a Diploma in any discipline
  • Customer oriented, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Well verse in excel skill is an advantage
  • Able to work 5.5 days work week (Weekends and PH: 10am to 2pm)
