We are partnering with a shipping company to recruit an Admin Executive to support their front office operations, office administration, and company event. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who enjoys interacting with clients, visitors, and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage front office / reception duties including greeting guests, answering calls, and handling visitor registrations
  • Handle mail and courier arrangements efficiently and accurately
  • Oversee office administration including facility management, stationery, and pantry supplies
  • Generate office attendance reports and assist with invoice processing
  • Support company events and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in admin, reception, or office support roles
  • Proactive, reliable, and a team player
