A student hostel management company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Executive to support daily operations and student relations. Responsibilities include front desk support, administrative documentation, finance support, and community engagement. 🌿 We’re Hiring — Administrative Executive (Student Hostel)
🕒 Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
💰 Salary Range: S$2000 – S$2500 (depending on experience and working days)

We’re looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the daily operations of our student hostel. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team that cares for international students and ensures the hostel runs smoothly and warmly — just like home.
Front Desk & Reception – Welcome and assist students with check-in/out and general enquiries. Manage front desk communication (calls, emails, messages). Conduct room inspections, handle parcel and luggage storage. Support hostel events and take occasional promotional photos. Assist with light purchasing, restocking, and ad-hoc tasks.
Administrative & Documentation – Maintain accurate student records and tenancy documents. Update and manage the hostel management system (including room availability). Prepare agreements, reports, and receipts. Support monthly occupancy and financial reporting.
Finance & Payment Support – Handle rental fee collection and recording. Issue receipts/invoices and maintain clear financial records. Follow up on overdue payments and assist in verifying billing details.
Operations Support – Coordinate room allocation and transfers. Follow up on maintenance requests with vendors and cleaners. Manage key and access card issuance and returns. Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment. Help maintain hostel safety, cleanliness, and order.
Student Relations & Community – Assist in addressing student feedback and concerns. Help organise hostel events (about four times a year). Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and management.
Other Duties – Perform additional tasks assigned by the Hostel Manager. Be open to occasional shifts, weekends, or emergency support (with reimbursements of course).
Minimum “O” Level or Diploma qualification. Basic experience in administration or customer service preferred. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, VooV, Zoom, etc. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Detail-oriented, responsible, and service-minded with strong teamwork. Experience in hostel, accommodation, or education environments is an advantage.
