A reputable consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative support officer to assist with day-to-day tasks and HR procedures. The ideal candidate should have a GCE 'O' Level and at least 2 years of administrative experience. Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude are essential. Our client is a reputable Civil and Structural Engineering consulting firm.
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including executing tasks assigned by the Management team. Assist in the development and implementation of Administrative, HR, and Accounts procedures. Support the monitoring and maintenance of office equipment and systems, as well as manage stationery and office supply inventories.
Minimum GCE "O" Level with 2 years of administrative experience. Possess basic IT knowledge with a keen interest in digitalisation. Demonstrates initiative, proactiveness, and a strong focus on quality. A collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Work location: Bukit Merah
Working days: Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
