Overview

We are hiring an Administrative Executive to support our Tax practice. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment, we welcome you to apply and be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Tax Partners and team
  • Manage meeting schedules, appointments, and correspondence
  • Assist in client portfolio management, onboarding, and engagement processes
  • Support billing, invoicing, and service proposal preparation
  • Handle mail, courier dispatches, and document filing
  • Maintain data entry records
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment
  • Cover reception duties on an ad-hoc basis
  • Any other administration related matters as required by the Partners/Executive Directors
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably with exposure within a professional services or accounting firm
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with document management systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of tax processes is advantageous
