Job Description
  • Responsible and ensure prompt performance of billing activities in the billing system to meet all billing timelines in an accurate manner.
  • Generate and send out invoices to customers on time.
  • Preparation of sales report.
  • Follow up with customers for overdue debts and coordinate with billing team on disputes.
  • Assist in the preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
  • Carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Liaise with external vendors for billing related issues.
  • Performs administrative and general office duties.
  • Generate purchase orders and maintain the filing system of purchasing records.
  • Replenish and manage inventory of office equipment, stationery, and pantry supplies.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration or any other equivalent qualification, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year professional billing work and admin experience.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & MYOB.
  • Self‑starter, proficient in time management to handle deadline pressure and multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
