An education recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to manage student enrollment, maintain records, and coordinate schedules. Job Overview

1 – 2 days WFH depends on management arrangement

9am – 9pm (8 hours Shift work + plus 1 hour break)

Responsibilities
  • Manage student enrollment processes, including registrations, withdrawals, and class transfers
  • Maintain accurate student records and database systems
  • Coordinate class schedules and tutor assignments
  • Handle parent and student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain financial records
  • Prepare attendance reports and student progress documentation
  • Coordinate with tutors regarding class materials and student requirements
  • Manage facility bookings and ensure classrooms are properly prepared
  • Support the centre's administrative policies and procedures
  • Print worksheets and man the front desk
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Must be available to work one weekend day per week
