A Singapore maid agency is seeking a Bilingual Admin & Operations Coordinator to support daily operations and assist with translation between English and Bahasa Indonesia. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, administrative tasks, and liaising with team members. The ideal candidate should have experience in operations coordination, be organised, and skilled in Microsoft Office. Salary ranges from $2,200 to $3,500 depending on experience.

  • Liaise with internal team members.

We are a licensed Singapore maid agency helping families find reliable, well-trained domestic helpers from Indonesia, Myanmar, and other countries.

We are looking for a Bilingual Admin & Operations Coordinator who can support our day-to-day operations and assist with simple translation or communication with our Indonesian partners and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily activities with runners for medical check-up, SIP training, airport pick-up, and repatriation
  • Assist in communicating or translating between English and Bahasa Indonesia when needed
  • Prepare and print deployment and documentation files
  • Update and track helper deployment schedules
  • Handle administrative work: data entry, scanning, filing, and document submission
  • Liaise with internal team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
  • Experience in maid agency or operations coordination preferred
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Responsible, organised, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of MOM processes (WPOL, SIP, medical) is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: $2,200 - $3,500 (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm / Wed-Sun 9am-6pm
