  • Prepare various reports and statistics for management.
  • Ensure all case statuses are properly tracked.
  • Escalate overdue cases to the Team and Business Heads.
  • Coordinate with Business Units for account tracking.
  • Prepare timely statistics and management reports.
  • Prepare presentation slides to report.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Record investigations reviews into the Case Tracker;
  • Update and track the Team’s Case Tracker and other relevant registers on a regular basis;
  • Provide weekly reminders to the Team on cases which are nearing their targeted completion dates or are currently overdue;
  • Ensure that all case statuses are properly tracked, such that there are no missed out cases at various stages of the investigations process;
  • Escalate overdue or outstanding cases to the Team and Business Heads for their awareness and follow-up actions;
  • Coordinate with Business Units within Group Wholesale Banking to track accounts until full closure and capturing such records for monthly management reporting;
  • Prepare statistics on a timely basis to update the Team and Senior Management. This may include ad-hoc, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.
  • Prepare presentation slides to report;
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, Data from a recognized tertiary institution with at least 1 year working experience;
  • Expert Microsoft Excel office skills (esp. Vlookup, Pivot Tables, simple macros and have hands on or prior experience in generating various graphs / charts, etc.)
