Job summary

A local electronics company in Singapore is seeking a diligent individual for general administrative tasks, including customer communication and basic office duties. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, be self-motivated while capable of working in a team, and have a basic command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as many clients speak it. Immediate availability is appreciated.

  • Provide polite and professional service to walk-in customers.

  • Perform day-to-day basic administrative duties (e.g. issuing of invoices, paperwork filing, updating records, data entry, etc.)
  • Any additional ad-hoc duties
  • Training provided
Position Requirements
  • 5 Days / week
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Independent and self motivated, but willing to work as a team
  • Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Preferably to be able to converse in Mandarin, as a number of customers speak Mandarin
  • Prefer candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice
