Key Responsibilities
  1. Handling donors enquiries and donations
  2. Work closely with Finance team to process and reconcile donations
  3. Support Head of department with all administrative and presentation
  4. Manage and run events pertaining to fundraising
  5. Work with internal stakeholders to handle grant or/and matching funds
  6. Manage applications pertaining to grant or/and matching funds
  7. Manage and handle giving platforms (i.e. corporate website, giving.sg, etc)
  8. Management of Donor Management System
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Social media savvy and open to learning new tools and systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work in a family-centric environment.
