A multinational company is seeking Administrative Assistants in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily office logistics, managing the SAP system, generating purchase requisitions, and assisting with travel arrangements. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SAP as a plus. Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office logistics, including maintaining inventory for stationery and pantry supplies, and ensuring office equipment (printers/copiers) is functional.
  • Manage the SAP system for specific departments, specifically handling time administration, attendance tracking, and leave records.
  • Generate purchase requisitions and process purchase orders.
  • Assist department heads with scheduling meetings and support staff with travel arrangements (hotel/flight bookings) and general procurement.
  • Handle routine reporting, filing, and general clerical duties.
