Job summary
A local engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to support general duties and daily accounting functions. The ideal candidate is a bilingual team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a positive attitude towards learning. Responsibilities include managing documentation, handling accounts payable/receivable, and assisting in payroll processes. This role offers a friendly working environment with a need for multitasking skills.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Candidates able to converse in both English & Mandarin preferred.
- Must know Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
Responsibilities
- Assist in General administrative duties including office documentation and record-keeping.
- Assist in Daily Accounting functions like Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process supplier invoices and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Assist in monthly payroll process and audit preparations.

Responsibilities
- Assist in General administrative duties (i.e: office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping) and other support work
- Assist in Daily Accounting functions like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets Management
- Assist in Process supplier invoices and PO
- Assist in monthly payroll process
- Assist with annual audit preparationss
- Provide support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by both Directors
- Possess positive learning attitude, good team player & willing to learn
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (optional)
- Candidates who’re able to converse in both English & Mandarin preferred, need to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Able to be communicate with workers time to time when needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
- Able to work overtime if needed

- Must at least know AR,AP&GL
