Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to support the workshop team. Responsibilities include managing paperwork, processing invoices, and liaising with suppliers. Candidates should have GCE 8' / 'A' Level or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in an automotive setting is a plus.

Qualifications

  • GCE 8' / 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in administrative or clerical work, preferably in an automotive or workshop environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day workshop administrative tasks.
  • Handle and organise all workshop paperwork.
  • Accurately key in supplier and vendor invoices into the system.
  • Prepare and process payment requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and invoices.
  • Support the Workshop Manager and team in administrative matters.

Requirements
