Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an administrative role to assist in day-to-day workshop tasks.   • Accurately key in supplier and vendor invoices into the system.
  • Prepare and process payment requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for easy retrieval.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding payments and invoices.
  • Support the Workshop Manager and team in administrative matters as required.
Requirements
  1. GCE 'O', 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  2. Prior experience in administrative or clerical work, preferably in an automotive or workshop environment is an advantage.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  5. Ability to multitask and handle administrative deadlines effectively.
