一家物流公司在新加坡招聘,主要負責核對貨品及文件、參與庫存管理和支持銷售運營等。應聘者需具備基本電腦技能、獨立作業能力和搬運重物的能力。工作時間為07:30-16:30或輪班,需接受加班安排。
核對進出貨品及相關文件,確保數據準確,並及時更新。Verify incoming and outgoing inventory and related documents, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
參與日常撿貨、庫存管理及定期盤點,確保庫存準確性。Assist with daily order picking, inventory control, and regular stocktaking to maintain inventory accuracy.
支持日常销售运营,制作报价,创建销售订单,处理销售订单并处理订单的任何变更。Support day-to-day sales operations, make quotations, create sales orders, process sales orders, and take care of any changes to the order.
维护和组织办公用品、设备、产品样品、目录、工具箱等。Assist with making payments, collecting receipts, processing reimbursements, and recording all office expenses.
具備基本電腦操作能力。Basic computer skills.
具備良好的獨立作業能力和問題解決能力,能適應快節奏的工作環境。Strong ability to work independently, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
需具備搬運重物的能力,能長時間執行體力工作。Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and performing labor-intensive tasks for extended periods.
Work Time: 能配合 07:30-16:30 或排班制度,並接受必要時的加班安排。(提供加班費)
Ability to work on 07:30-16:30 or a rotating schedule, with availability for overtime when needed. (with OT pay)
