A well-established company in Singapore is seeking candidates for general administrative and showroom duties. Responsibilities include managing data entry, processing claims, and liaising with teams and vendors. A minimum Diploma or equivalent is preferred. The position offers a basic salary of $2,000 - $2,800 plus AWS and VB, with working hours from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm
Handle general administrative and showroom duties, including keeping the showroom clean and tidy
Manage data entry, record updates, and prepare quotations with client follow-ups
Respond to incoming calls, faxes, and email enquiries
Process claims and handle purchase orders, work orders, and basic inventory tasks (in/out and stock taking)
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors for orders, deliveries, and events
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Diploma or equivalent with similar work experience is an advantage.
