Job Description:
  • Create, format, edit, and proofread project documents, including plans, reports.
  • Maintain and organise all projects files (digital and physical) in accordance with company and project governance standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular status reports and dashboards by collecting and compiling data from team members.
  • Manage document control processes, including versioning, distribution, and archiving.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and mailing.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator.
  • Exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and anticipate needs.
