Job summary
An organization in fire safety management is seeking an Administrative Support role to manage office administration, coordinate meetings, and provide support to the Management Committee. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive documents. This position is based in Singapore.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry).
- Help to arrange meetings, appointments, and coordinate logistics.
- Draft, proofread, and format reports and correspondence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Office Administration & Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry)
- Maintain and organize office systems and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails and any other communications
- Coordination
- Help to arrange meetings, appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events
- Document Preparation
- Draft, proofread and format reports, memos, and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive documents
- Communication and Liaison
- Serve as a point of contact between Management Committee and external parties
- Relay messages and coordinate responses efficiently
- Support to Management Committee / Administrative Manager
- Provide administrative support to Management Committee / Administrative Manager as needed
- Assist in event coordination and tracking deadlines
- Report to the Administrative Manager
