Qualifications

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

  • Prior experience in admin, corporate secretary, or office support roles will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate secretarial and administrative functions.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Assist with filings, scheduling, and correspondence with regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage data entry, digital filing systems, and office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments when required.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will work closely under the supervision of our Corporate Secretary Team, assisting with day-to-day administrative, operational, and compliance tasks.

Remuneration
