About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support our daily operations in Singapore. You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth workflows across departments, assist management in internal coordination, and handle external communication professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to internal teams.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Support enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage daily office operations, including document filing, meeting coordination, procurement, and expense claims.
  • Liaise with some third-party partners, such as accounting partners to support GST, CPF, and payroll submissions, ensuring compliance and so on.
  • Occasionally travel for business trips as assigned, assisting with cross-department or external coordination tasks.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience; experience in finance support or HR coordination is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized, with excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to adapt to occasional business travel when required.
