A dynamic organization in Singapore is searching for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to support the digitisation and management of records. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying digital records, assisting with daily operations in the Central Registry, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in records management.

Contract Duration: 11 Months
Salary Range: $14.00 per hour
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
