A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to maintain procurement information, support billing matters, and provide general administrative assistance. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess good interpersonal skills. The role requires meticulousness and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duration: 6 months, subject to further extension or conversion
Working Location: West, Jurong East
Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Maintain and update procurement information in the department inventory system daily
Support billing related maters
Provide general administrative support
Ad hoc duties assigned by reporting officer
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Microsoft Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Meticulous and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
