Job Scope
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for production, warehouse and office operations.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to follow up on schedules, orders and daily work progress.
  • Perform basic data entry and document filing using the ERP system.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies ordering, petty cash management and answering phone calls.
  • Opportunity to learn simple lab procedures as part of daily support duties (training provided).
Requirements
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00 (1.5hrs lunch break)
  • Education: Minimum ‘O’ Level
  • Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
