Job summary

A construction firm based in Singapore is looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to support the site personnel. The role involves correspondence with clients, managing project documentation, handling financial reports, and other administrative duties. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a construction project site office and must be proficient in MS Office. Working days are 5.5 days per week from 8am to 6pm. Competitive salary based on experience is offered.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of admin experience preferably in a Construction Project Site Office.

Responsibilities

  • Correspondence with clients.
  • Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel.
  • Ensure proper documentation in project files.
  • Support in submission of monthly claim / receivables for projects.
  • Record and maintain monthly claim/receivable reports.
  • Generate invoices.
  • Assist in preparing bank reconciliation, monthly finance reports, GST submissions, account receivables and payables, tax-related matters and audit-related queries.
  • Maintain date accuracy in accounting software with proper documentation, filling and entries.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
