Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide day-to-day office operations support. Responsibilities include assisting the Managing Director, managing office supplies, and organizing company events. Job Description:
  • Provide day to day administrative and human resource support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Providing administrative support to Managing Director and HR & Admin Manager.
  • Preparation of meeting rooms for meetings and trainings.
  • Providing IT supports to the IT Director - keeping record of software licences, record of issuance of IT items to employees, etc.
  • Check and process monthly claims.
  • Organising company's events like exhibitions, CSR activities, company's cohesion activities, etc.
  • Printing of office collaterals and marketing materials.
  • Upkeeping and maintenance of office equipments and company's environment.
  • Upkeeping of training records for ISO.
  • Ensure proper filing and recording.
  • Maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment.
  • Attending to guests and visitors.
  • Support other team members and departments as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Assist in any adhoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level Qualification.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively and enjoy communicating with colleagues.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
