Administrative Assistant

Salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,200 per month
Location: Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm (Alternate Saturday half-day may apply)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Company

We are a growing solar and electrical engineering company involved in Solar PV installations and general construction works. Our team is passionate about renewable energy and committed to delivering quality projects across Singapore. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our daily office and project operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors
  • Support project teams in preparing and maintaining site documents, permits, and reports
  • Maintain staff attendance records and assist with staff logistics (e.g. medical checkups, training schedules, safety courses).
  • Assist in scheduling deliveries, technician deployment, and site logistics coordination
  • Maintain safety and compliance documents (e.g. risk assessments, inspection records)
  • Track project progress reports and update records in Excel or company systems
  • Support HR and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in Business / Administration or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of admin experience (construction, electrical, or solar industry preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a small team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
