A service organization in Singapore seeks an Administrative Support role to provide logistical and clerical assistance for training programs. The ideal candidate will manage databases, coordinate events with stakeholders, and ensure smooth operations of squad activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and good communication skills are key. Start date is November 2025 for a 12-month contract.
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description:
To provide administrative and logistical support for the administration of the Basic courses.
Reporting to Senior Executive of the Basic Course Team, Program Management and Partnerships, the jobholder is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and logistical support to the Training Command team and trainees to ensure smooth ground operations. This includes providing support for the squad intakes/ graduation, manage squad training database and use of the learning management system (LMS). The jobholder is also required to work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure the smooth conduct of events.
