Job summary
A local company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support professional to manage delivery orders, support office operations, and handle data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have a GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail. Candidates with prior experience in similar roles will have an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage scheduling daily delivery orders with Lalamove and Grab Driver.
- Support day-to-day office operations including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.
