Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative duties including coordination, order processing and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document management, maintaining office supplies
  • Handle purchasing duties, logistics coordination, provide support to sales and operations
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable/payable, expense tracking
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and liaising with external accountants/auditors when necessary
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management as required
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of MYOB would be added advantage
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
