Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join ACE INFRASTRUCTURE PTE LTD' as an Administrative Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be based in Macpherson, Central Region, providing vital administrative support to the team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the finance division and maintaining filing systems
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for the team
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned
  • Applying and renewal of Foreign Workers process
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities
  • Familiar with the Work Permit, SPass regulations and the applications.
