Overview

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations in precision engineering and manufacturing. This junior role is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years admin experience who are keen to gain more exposure in documentation, compliance support, and office coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Managers.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them.
  • Assist with document control tasks (updating, scanning, filing).
  • Digitalise job orders, and other documents.
  • Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in coordinating customer visits and preparing related documents.
  • Support compilation of presentation materials and reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information when required.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or document support (internship experience also considered).
  • Experience in writing meeting minutes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Well‑versed in English (spoken and written).
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to follow instructions clearly.
