Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, vendors, and administrative budgets.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
