In this role, you will manage the front desk, handle various administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Candidates should have at least a GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or a Diploma in Business Administration, along with strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a salary of up to SGD 3,500/month and operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

About the Role

We are seeking a cheerful, well-groomed, and professional Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. You will manage the front desk, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception
  • Greet and welcome guests and clients professionally and warmly.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Administrative Support
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
  • Perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and memos.
  • Maintain and update both physical and digital filing systems.
Event & Meeting Coordination
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
  • Handle logistics such as venue booking, catering, and setup.
Office Management
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies.
  • Liaise with vendors and building management as needed.
  • Support management with other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive, professional attitude and appearance.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to SGD 3,500/month
