Job description
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee or client records.
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
