Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate service schedules with the engineering team and customers.
  • Manage parts and equipment deliveries, collections, and returns.
  • Maintain and update records of service reports, delivery notes, and inventory movement.
  • Handle ordering of spare parts and follow up on delivery timelines.
  • Support NEA licensing applications related to radiation-emitting equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors, logistics partners, and customers.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing and data entry.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Manage parts and equipment deliveries, collections, and returns to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
  • Maintain and update records of service reports, delivery notes, and inventory movement.
  • Handle ordering of spare parts, accessories, and consumables with suppliers and follow up on delivery timelines.
  • Support NEA licensing applications and renewals related to radiation-emitting equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors, logistics partners, and customers to coordinate logistic & operational matters.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and operational task as assigned by management.
