We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is key to the office operations. The incumbent should be meticulous, attentive, and have strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials, and support the coordination of Board and management meetings
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and expense submissions
  • Handle general calendar management, arrange internal and external meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain and organize confidential documents and filing systems
  • Assist in planning company events, staff activities, and initiatives
Key Requirements
  • Diploma holder in any related discipline
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanour
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant administrative or front-office experience
