Job Responsibilities:
- Support reception desk operations.
 
- Preparation of airwaybills, local deliveries arrangement, etc.
 
- Facility Operations:
    
- Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry for FM operations.
 
- Assist with onsite inspection, staff enquiries/feedback when required.
 
- Assist with facility operations when required.
 
- Liaise with vendors for on-site tasks and ensure proper access is arranged, etc.
 
 
- Administrative support for company events, etc.
 
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
 
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 6:00pm
