About the role

We are seeking for Administrative Assistant to join our team at Woodpark Furniture Co Pte Ltd. This is a full-time role based in the East Region. Your role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team, ensuring smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing all sales related documents including sales orders, purchase orders, internal work orders, delivery orders, billing & finance invoices

2. Liaising and coordinating with customers/vendors/agents in fulfilling the customer orders

3. Assisting with customer enquiries, follow up on quotes, orders and invoices

4. Maintaining and organising office systems, files, and records

5. Supporting various projects and initiatives as needed

6. Performing general office duties such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and ordering supplies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

2. Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
