A professional services company in Singapore is seeking an organized receptionist to handle daily front desk duties, including managing calls, handling deliveries, and performing various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in reception roles and be efficient at managing office supplies and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.
· Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties which include attending to all incoming phone calls and emails
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Perform clerical receptionist duties such as maintain database, filing, scanning and photocopying
· Manage the inventory for stationery, pantry supplies, uniforms, chemical and PPE. Place order when necessary
· Ensure clean and tidy of front desk area, conference room, pantry and storeroom
· Responsible in company vehicles, include servicing and inspection arrangement, road tax, insurance, COE and etc
· To provide management on company vehicles movement report by software whenever required
· Provide support in daily operation activities and general office administration
· Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
