We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our operations and daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive clerical and operational support to our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This is a full-time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm), on-site position requiring relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including answering calls, filing, and general clerical tasks.
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, such as managing RFQs, preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), and other related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain efficient sales processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks to optimize overall office and sales operations.
  • Represent the company at airshows trade events, and other functions as required.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with quotations, invoicing and order processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Filing abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation

Competitive salary: $2,200–$2,600 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
