Site Management
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor site activities, progress, and quality control

  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
