Job summary
A global engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to provide administrative support and handle training logistics. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing documents and responding to communications. This role is based at 45 Sungei Kadut Loop.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in training related matters.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and preparing documents.
- Respond to phone calls and emails.
- Provide support in training logistics such as registrations, invoicing, scheduling.
