A growing catering company in Singapore is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive. You'll support daily operations by managing administrative tasks and assisting with HR duties. Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting operations behind the scenes? Join our vibrant catering team as an Admin Executive and play a vital role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:
  • ✅ Provide general administrative support to the Office, Kitchen & Operations team
  • ✅ Coordinate and follow through on equipment repair and servicing with vendors
  • ✅ Manage petty cash and handle claims and reimbursements accurately
  • ✅ Maintain proper records of kitchen and office inventory
  • ✅ Assist in procurement and office supplies ordering
  • ✅ Support in food labeling and packing documentation when needed
  • ✅ Manage company vehicle servicing & Insurance Matter
  • ✅ Assist with basic HR tasks, including: New Staffs Onboarding, Staff attendance tracking, Leave records management & Preparing simple HR letters and documents
  • ✅ Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • ✔ Min. GCE O-Level or relevant qualification
  • ✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ✔ Able to work independently and follow up on tasks
  • ✔ Prior experience in F&B or catering industry is a plus
