Job Overview

We are looking for a full time Admin Assistant with the following criteria:

Responsibilities
  • Admin with scheduling assistance
  • Assist current admin representatives to cope with workload, assist operations to schedule day to day job via WhatsApp
  • Assist daily ops inputs and other ops related workload
  • Administration work such as daily invoices
  • Monitoring group chat for daily operations truck loads and other activities (6 trucks to monitor)
  • Follow up with clients enquiries (30‑50%)
  • Transportation and movers quotes (when required)
Requirements
  • Basic computer knowledge for using and navigating a computer confidently, working with web-based systems (including WhatsApp Web), and using Google Calendar for scheduling.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills such as copy, paste, simple plus/minus calculations, and basic formulas like SUM.
  • Basic Microsoft Word knowledge.
  • Ability to manage files properly — creating folders, saving documents in the correct folders, and exporting or saving files as Word or PDF when needed.

Training will be provided. Laptop and mobile phone to be provided.
