A theological education institution in Singapore is seeking an Administrative and Communications Executive to manage the website and social media platforms. The role involves sending regular communications to partners, providing administrative support in the Business Office, and assisting in event organization and classroom setup. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with vendors are essential for this position.
a. Manage and update website and other social media platform like Facebook, YouTube.
b. Send regular mailers in soft or hardcopy to partners and supporters of BTS.

3. Provide support for classroom setup, new and graduating student matters, course feedback and periodic church seminars and workshops.
Working hours: 5 days week (with some occasions on a Saturday)
