Job summary

A well-established recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an administrative role in Real Estate / Property Asset Management. Responsibilities include supporting the Leasing team, managing lease documents, and liaising with tenants and agencies. Ideal candidates will have a relevant diploma and at least 1 year of preferred experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of $3,000 - $3,500 plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Leasing team.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain lease and tenancy documents.
  • Maintain leasing and marketing databases and prepare reports.
  • Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and government agencies on lease matters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for tenant onboarding and renewals.
  • Monitor and follow up on lease payments and refunds.
  • Record and reconcile tenant sales reports when required.
  • Perform other leasing-related duties as assigned.

Education

Diploma in Real Estate, Building & Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday

  • Working Hours: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Leasing team.

  • Prepare, track, and maintain lease and tenancy documents, ensuring timely execution and record updates.

  • Maintain leasing and marketing databases and prepare regular leasing reports.

  • Liaise with tenants, lawyers, and government agencies (e.g., IRAS, HDB, JTC) on lease matters.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding, renewals, and lease expirations.

  • Monitor and follow up on lease payments, security deposits, and refunds.

  • Record and reconcile tenant sales reports and GTO billings when required.

  • Perform other leasing-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Real Estate, Building & Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
