About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support the Professional Standards and Training (PST) branch in daily operations and projects. The role involves coordinating training programmes, managing funding renewals, and assisting with stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth delivery of professional development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support funding agreement renewals and maintain accurate data for the Enhanced Internship Programme
  • Handle administrative matters and respond to enquiries related to courses
  • Prepare and send Electronic Direct Mailers (eDMs) to promote training courses
  • Collate and analyse training-related data and feedback surveys
  • Assist in organizing focus group discussions, stakeholder meetings, and training events
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in training administration or HR training operations preferred
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
