Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations and project site activities.
  • Oversee office management including maintenance, suppliers, equipment, and facilities.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Supervise, train, and support administrative staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage administrative budgets and track operating expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodation for project staff and site teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support finance-related administration including petty cash and expense reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and senior management to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative or operations supervision.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting or HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small administrative team.
  • WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) requirements is an advantage
