Job Description / Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations and project site activities.
- Oversee office management including maintenance, suppliers, equipment, and facilities.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise, train, and support administrative staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage administrative budgets and track operating expenses.
- Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodation for project staff and site teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support finance-related administration including petty cash and expense reporting.
- Act as a liaison between departments and senior management to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative or operations supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting or HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small administrative team.
- WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) requirements is an advantage
